Another Jason Aaron masterpiece or a time travel too many?
And if you haven’t picked up the issue, make sure to read the preview, linked next the series title above.
While I have to admit I have no idea what the heck is going on, I am thoroughly enjoying the ride.
What say the rest of you?
Me too…although I had to ask…Wolverine goes from no unis in prehistoric times, to long hair and a samurai get up straight to his full costume…err what?
Did he steal a costume too from a musuem?
Other than that…its kinda crazy and cooky but I’m enjoying the hell out of it…its almost nostalgic for me…I was a youngin when the Kuberts first started drawing Wolverine monthly in the X-titles, so I was really excited for this…although I wish it was Astonishing Nightcrawler/Wolverine…I’ll take this as a consolation prize
i was actually thinking that wolverine has the word “cool” or something similar written in his costume’s butt.
I thought I was the only one wishing for Astonishing Nightcrawler/Wolverine!
I’m generally confused and so far on the fence. So good ideas but it’s been drawn out and we’ve seen the same setup now in both issues. Spider-Man seeing the end of the world and going to warn/ask for help/ from Logan. With lots of angst and bickering. I also thought the whole point of the Astonishing series was to be a short compressed time frame inside of the other stories. This has been going on for months even if they return to the current time at the same moment, Peter would have aged noticeably.
