I meant merely that it was sad that he is getting more exposure in Avengers then in the X-titles lately. I think he makes a fine Avengers but to me his home will always be in the X-Men. It seems like his role in those titles has been dropping recently.

For folks who actually like the Avengers and New Avengers it's not a sad thing at all. There are plenty of people all around the world who like readings about a team that has Spider-Man and Wolverine in it. In fact this can be proven by reading about it on other sites or scanning for reviews on youtube. (And yes I acknowledge the reverse is also true, but that is not the argument I'm supporting.)

Whether you take my word for it or not, I can speak for myself on a personal note and add that I have a friend who only recently picked back up comic books because of New Avengers. However the cast wasn't the only thing we liked about the book, we also found the story worth talking about days after we both finished reading the book. Was it worth the money we spent on the book, in my opinion the answer was "yes". We didn't read the book and feel this was only a attempt for Marvel to cash in on popular characters. While I'm sure money is always a factor in the publishing the books, the same can be said about every form of entertainment that exists today.

Do we stop playing a good game like Fallout 3 because it will make the company money? That is for you to decide, but for me I don't let that get in the way of enjoying a good story that appeals to me.

There is plenty of reasons to like Wolverine in the Avengers, not everyone feels like he should be a character limited to the X-Men books. As always I have grown tired of reading about how Marvel has killed the comic book character known as Wolverine. Yes there are fans of the character who like the books he appears in. And for those of you who come to this site liking the books that were given a bad review by the various veterans who frequent here, know that you aren't alone in being one of the few who like "New Avengers" or "X-Force".

On another note, wonder when Marvel will smarten up and stop shipping titles that appeal to the exact same audience on the same week of the month. This week we have both of Bendis' Avengers titles and the two solo Deadpool books, next week both Wolverine titles. Spreading it out would help sales I would expect.
