Well keep in mind that I have often stated I do not like the series and really hate Way as a writer for Logan. My standards are extremely low so I tend to give a decent review to anything I don't actively loathe when I read it. This issue was basically a 'meh' which is good for the series. I certainly agree that they are trying to stretch the arc to make it to 50 issues, but at least nothing completely horrible happened here. It was just silly and a bit confused which is pretty much the norm.

With all due respect, this arc has been a complete total waste. There are filler arcs that this title has done and then there is 7 the Hard Way, where absolutely nothing of note happens. 3 issues of springing Ruby loose to only find out that she was merely a decoy is so very lame. All I've mustered from this arc was that it ''set'' up some pieces for Wolverine's end game, but they spend so much time just hiding it from the reader what the end game is that its become uninteresting to find out what it really is.

Your right, SS just showing up out of the blue was really awkward. The ''reasons'' these people are even helping Wolverine seems very vague. This battle plan set up by Wolverine and *gasp* Deadpool seems to hint at another dimension to Wolverine but it fails miserably with the terrible pacing and horrid writing. And as for Deadpool, they already wasted an arc to Deadpool for no reason like 2 years ago, why waste more space on him other than sales gimmick? This is Wolverine, he needs no sales gimmick, just a writer that is true to his roots. This is as un-Wolverine as it will get. Way seems to just fail at ''getting'' Wolverine and I feel that Wolverine the person is just much to complex, even in his simplicity for Way to properly portray. Wolverine written by Aaron is a complete yet true contrast to the whiny and ball less Wolverine written by Way.

I am glad Marvel has taken notice and cut this series from the proposed 60 to 50 because this promises to have the weakest payout/conclusion in comics history.

Ok rant over...I need to stop coming to this site, makes my blood pressure raise. LoL
