Realm of Kings: Imperial Guard #4. I know it’s an alternate world version that appears for a couple of panels but definitely provides a “this is seriously not good” vibe. While I feel any obligatory appearances are unwarranted and completely unnecessary, this one not only came out of nowhere and made an otherwise hopeless situation for the main characters seem even worse.

If you’re not reading the series…SHAME! Marvel’s interstellar books have been absolutely phenomenal since Annihilation and are possibly the most underrated pieces of work Marvel produces. Highly recommend.
