‘X-Force: Sex and Violence’ #2 Open Thread

X-Force: Sex and Violence #2 (preview)
Writer: Craig Kyle & Christopher Yost
Art: Gabriele Dell’Otto

From Marvel: “WARNING: This issue lives up to the title. Not for the squeamish or easily embarrassed, wink wink. Wolverinefinds out why the Assassins Guild is after Domino, and it’s a funny story. Well, Domino thinks it is. But Logan is grumpy and does’t see the humor in it, probably due to the fact that Dom’s actions have put a half dozen of the worlds deadliest assassins on their trail. And then things get complicated. Ahhh, roma!”

On sale August 11, 2010.

Another rocking issue…

And if you haven’t picked up the issue, make sure to read the preview, linked next the series title above.

Great story, great art. It doesn’t get much better than this.

Anyone else want to chime in?

Loved this issue, loved the art. So sad we won’t be having KY on a book for awhile

Its a shame that the Dom/Wolverine relationship is getting shelved for little ol’ Melita Garner…I hope Mystique puts a bomb in her so that this relationship can blossom…

I am really enjoying this title and feel that this is what X-Force should have been if it wasn’t riddled with countless crossovers…things that always kill series.

Art is splendid…ideally, this comic should have been a MAX title

I can only hope that this books sells enough to warrant up a high quality follow up series. With all the countless zombie and Avengers books that are being force fed to us, I imagine it would be high sales that would lead Marvel toward creating more mature books like this. So here is hoping we get at least a MAX series or another book written by Christopher Yost in the near future.
