I was shocked at how many people didn’t know about the “actual” Wolverine in the myspace thread for the Wolverine manga. Even more shocking was a few people on my forum didn’t know there was a Wolverine movie coming out in May. As much as us fans will admit Logan is over exposed, perhaps he isn’t as well known as “Bugs Bunny” or “Super Mario”. I mean, even the Slum Dog Millionaire guy apparent didn’t know who Wolverine was.
